The problem
Restaurants found the platform’s interface inconsistent and hard to navigate, and the marketing site barely registered in local search results.
The approach
- Component system — rebuilt the UI on a consistent TailwindCSS component library.
- Accessible layouts — semantic markup, keyboard navigation and contrast fixes across the product.
- Analytics integrations — connected product analytics to understand real usage.
- Local SEO — structured data and page-level optimisation aimed at restaurant discovery searches.
